I graduated from the Professional Massage Program at Sister Rosalind Gefre Schools and Clinics of Massage on November 18, 2004.

I schedule massage in my home in Hoffman, MN. 

Massage is not just a luxury, it is a necessity.  Our lives have become more stressful and massage is a great way to realign our bodies and our minds.  Massage is known to help many people with chronic pain.  Not only to reduce the pain, but in some cases even take the pain away completely.  

I have strong empathy towards others and it is my goal to help them get relief from their pain.  To relax, let go and breathe...

I have been married to my husband, Arlyn since 1980.  We have three grown, married daughters and three granddaughters and a grandson.  Family is very important to us!  When we can be together, we have such a great time!  We are involved in our church as well.  I love traveling, camping, hiking, photography, music (my husband is a musician), and having fun with friends.
